Before conducting our candidate search, we request that the client submits the following information:

  • Your contact details
  • A brief overview and history of the position
  • A description of the organization/culture
  • Qualities/required experience of the person you wish to hire
  • An overview of the attempts that have been made to fill the position prior to contacting Xcel Recruitment

    We specifically request that you remain in close contact with us and give prompt feedback on any candidates presented. This will ensure that we can fine-tune the search if necessary and take immediate steps to secure any candidates you are interested in meeting.
