About the OwnerThe owner, Melissa Crijns, has over 15 years of recruitment experience in a variety of industries including: Information Technology, Healthcare and Manufacturing & Production. She has recruited for a range of positions, varying from sales directors to software programmers to truck drivers. Melissa began her career in operations and human resource management while working for several fast growing software companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. One of the main responsibilities she enjoyed was hiring personnel for these organizations. After moving to The Netherlands, she worked as a senior consultant for a leading Dutch recruitment firm. Her main focus was recruiting for US based companies that had recently set up operations in The Netherlands and were looking to expand throughout Europe. Melissa quickly moved into a management role where she was responsible for a team of 15 recruitment consultants, managing all new business development and client relationships. Her experience as a one-time customer and user of recruitment services lends her a unique perspective in knowing what is critical to the successful delivery of those services. Melissa holds an MSc degree in Organizational/Personnel Psychology and has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification by the Society of Human Resource Management. |
